Question 1

What is Dynamic DSP?

Accepted Answer

Dynamic DSP is a performance tracking platform designed specifically for Amazon Delivery Service Partners. It helps DSP owners and managers track driver metrics, monitor infractions, generate scorecards, and coach their fleet to improve overall performance.

Question 2

How does Dynamic DSP help improve driver performance?

Accepted Answer

Dynamic DSP provides detailed analytics on driver metrics including DNR (Did Not Receive), POD (Photo on Delivery), and customer complaints. By surfacing per-package POD failure reasons, concession costs in pounds, and each driver’s full retained history, managers can give drivers specific, plain-language coaching.

Question 3

Can Dynamic DSP manage multiple depots?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Dynamic DSP supports multi-depot management with no cap on depots. Billing is per active driver rather than per depot, so a driver who moves between your depots during a month is still counted once.

Question 4

How much does Dynamic DSP cost?

Accepted Answer

Dynamic DSP is sold as two modules. Performance is £4 per active driver per month with a £99 monthly minimum. Contractor Management is £4 per active driver per month with a £149 minimum. Complete, which is both, is £7 per active driver per month with a £199 minimum and replaces the standalone prices. All prices exclude VAT. An active driver is one who performed work that month.
